TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking
Your booking can be cancelled up until 30 days before arrival. After this date, the deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit
A deposit of 100 Euro is to be paid upon arrival to guarantee the structures, which will be returned when you leave.
To keep the booking, we request a confirmation email to be sent to us at least two days before arrival, meanwhile the deposit (50% of total) will have to be paid within the agreed period, sent in an email or fax, with a copy of the payment with the CRO number.
Check in & Check out
Your booked room/mobile home/caravan with wooden extension can be accessed from 3pm to 8pm (or with agreement by the staff).
The room/mobile home/caravan with wooden extension should be vacated no later than 10am on the morning of departure. Tent/caravan/camper placements should be vacated no later than 11am on the morning of departure.
Variations
If you arrive later or leave earlier than the time stated in the booking, you will have to pay for the full stay.

Arrival
Upon arrival, all guests should present their identification documents to Reception.
Visitors
If the guests of the camping have visitors during the day, these visitors should first report to Reception with their identification documents. If someone brings into the camping persons clandestinely, they can be prosecuted under Authority of “violazione di domicilio” (“violation of domicile”). Guests who host visitors without proper consent from the campsite management will be asked to leave.
Animals
Animals are permitted inside the campsite, but the rules should be respected. Animal owners should ensure they have all the correct paraphernalia. Animals should be kept on a lead at all times whilst inside the campsite, a muzzle should also be considered. Take the animals outside the campsite if they need the toilet, with the correct tools (small brush and plastic bag), and dispose of correctly (black bin) inside the campsite
Animal owners, when you arrive, you will have to present the health card and insurance. It is strictly forbidden to leave dogs roaming free inside the campsite. Keep your animals/pets in the ‘space’ allocated to you by the campsite staff

Fires
It is strictly forbidden to light fires or use barbecues fueled by wood on the campsite.
Vehicles
There is a 5km/h speed limit inside the campsite. Parking is only permitted in places designated by staff from campsite.
Signs
In the campsite there are many information signs, which the visitor should follow and are part of the rules of the campsite.
Rubbish
Rubbish should be thrown away only in closed plastic bags, in the correct bin, respect the recycling differences. It is strictly forbidden to leave rubbish lying around. Cardboard boxes should be flattened and placed in the correct bin.
Rest time
During high season from 11am to 3pm and from 11pm to 7am it is forbidden to circulate the campsite with vehicles.
Children
Children should be kept under constant supervision.
Liability
Every guest is responsible for their own property and damage to property of Camping Soal, as is written in Italian Legislation.
ANY PERSONS NOT BEHAVING SUITABLY AND OR NOT RESPECTING THE RULES OF THE CAMPSITE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAMPSITE.
